In today's labor market, competitive professionals are capable of continuous self-improvement and comprehensive solutions to various problems life. Such characteristics the specialist best provided by competence approach, which is basis in methodological strategy modern higher professional education. Therefore, research on range issues related competency approach timely relevant. The problem applying educational institutions was studied V. Antipov, I. Bekh, Zymnyaya, Zyazyun, Yermakov, N.
